Join us for our final lecture for GLOBALST 702, in LRW 5012!
As part of our Graduate Seminar GLOBALST 702 – Urgent Global Issues, to close out our public lecture series we are offering an open house for our final lecture this term, giving you the opportunity to hear from our students while we explore these interdisciplinary topics! Please note the change in location!
Adopting an innovative approach, this graduate seminar course – offered by the MA Program in Globalization Studies – examines a range of global issues urgent for our future and collective well-being. Aiming to give students a comprehensive and critical understanding of these issues and the connections among them, it is collaboratively taught by McMaster’s own experts in Social Sciences and Humanities.
At this Final Group Project event, our graduate students from various disciplines will present their final group projects on selected issues, with an aim to also engage the public.
You are welcome to join us and to spark conversations that matter. Let’s learn, challenge ideas, and inspire action together!
